Desde Bakunin, no debate que travou no interior da Associação Internacional dosTrabalhadores, até as formulações que, inspiradas no neoliberalismo, vêem no estadostalinista hipertrofiado a materialização do pensamento marxiano, é recorrente a imputação aMarx de uma defesa da burocracia, da política e do estado.
