These strategies limit the fragmentations caused by behavioral, positivist and utilitarian educational models. In this sense, a case study of university graduates in the city of Huancayo, Peru is carried out. Inquiries coordinate bibliographic examinations along with observations; they consider descriptive and experiential approaches. |

La investigación analiza los basamentos epistémicos de la endocalidad como cualidad de las mejores formas educativas, al permitir la apropiación social de los hechos pedagógicos. Junto a esto, destaca la vocación docente como demostración de solidaridad hacia las comunidades. El uso de la educación como herramienta que provoca convivencia es posibilidad de las sociedades éticamente coordinadas. Estas estrategias limitan las fragmentaciones provocadas por modelos educativos conductistas, positivistas y utilitaristas. En tal sentido, se realiza un estudio de caso de los profesionales egresados de las universidades en la ciudad de Huancayo, Perú.
