La investigación analiza los basamentos epistémicos de la endocalidad como cualidad de las mejores formas educativas, al permitir la apropiación social de los hechos pedagógicos. El uso de la educación como herramienta que provoca convivencia es posibilidad de las sociedades éticamente coordinadas. Estas estrategias limitan las fragmentaciones provocadas por modelos educativos conductistas, positivistas y utilitaristas. En tal sentido, se realiza un estudio de caso de los profesionales egresados de las universidades en la ciudad de Huancayo, Perú.
