Sumario:  The developing civilizational crisis has called into question the model of Western Modernity, and encompasses all areas of life in our world. In the framework of the prevailing neoliberalism, the Freedom to choose ends and values of the liberalism of which it is declared successor, is de facto questioned. In this work we attempt a critical approach to the exercise of the Right to Diversity as an expression of Freedom, managing to reveal contradictory devices that point to the installation of authoritarian relationship models, as a product of the instrumentalization, commodification and reification of Rights that neoliberalism promotes; This makes it possible to differentiate and delimit neoliberalism from the principles of classical liberalism that it declares in its imposture.
