El presente artículo analiza los referentes legales y orientaciones pedagógicas para la educación intercultural, a partir de imaginarios y realidades que emergen en contextos socioeducativos. Su abordaje metodológico, se desarrolló desde un diseño documental y carácter bibliográfico, por la aproximación teórica que permite la comprensión interdisciplinar de las categorías de análisis objeto de estudio.
