The rescue and determinations of the Bolivarian proposal are concluded in the Magna Carta currently in force. It is a bibliographic investigation of a legal nature from the rationalist-deductive approach. |

La presente investigación realiza un análisis semiótico-jurídico del Poder Moral como propuesta bolivariana en la Constitución de 1819 y el Poder Ciudadano presente en la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela 1999. Se busca identificar influencias y determinaciones. Se destaca la importancia para el desenvolvimiento republicano de una instancia jurídica encargada de velar por la educación ética; así como, la vigilancia y control sobre los administradores públicos. Se concluye el rescate y determinaciones de la propuesta bolivariana en la carta magna vigente actualmente.
