| Sumario: | Again in the complex realities such as recurrent crises in contemporary political systems, he invites question the reification of the state and its concerted fictional role for the preservation of the status quo. Consequently, the objective of the investigation is the process on the conditions of possibility that require producing for a post-state right, more than the coercion of a power of cantonment. In methodological terms, a reworked version of the majeutics was used. It is concluded that if the right is a guarantee of justice, freedom and fairness, its existence will far exceed the nation-state. |
