Este artigo tem por objetivo realizar apontamentos sobre a relação entre a Geografia e o Direito com base numa revisão bibliográfica do tema e indicar os autores que atualmente discutem a questão. Inicialmente apresentamos o histórico da relação da Geografia com o Direito e, na sequência, descrevermos quatro propostas teóricas metodológicas para o desenvolvimento da Geografia do Direito. Por fim, discutimos alguns temas que têm sido mais frequentemente estudados pelos autores, tentando encontrar um denominador comum entre os trabalhos.
