A partir da análise da distribuição desigual de mortes violentas no espaço urbano da cidade entre 2003 e 2008, o artigo sugere que há um padrão mórbido de governança espacial que elege determinadas geografias urbanas e determinados corpos como os alvos de controle e produção do medo.
