In this context, the frequently pressions from the social movements makes the state government to take a performance more directly in the region from the decade of 1990s, using public politics directed, in specially, to permit the access to the land for the agriculture which have a familiar base, this fact caused quickly and intense transformations in the agrarian order and in the local social and economic configuration. These changes can be studied by the microsociological approach, using a position that also gives attention to analyze the way of action of the local people from their only references. For that, it proposes to use a set of conceptions developed from the sociologic approach of the regimes of action. This way, the interesting form is to became the discussion focus into regimes of actions called “violent disputes” and “dispute for justice”, which believes that is the mainly causes of the action of people from the social agriculture on conflicts in the studied area.
