| description | This work analyses the emergence and consolidation of transnational corporations and their strategies for the combined elision of national legal systems, with emphasis on the impacts on labour precariousness articulated in a global-local framework. The performance of transnational corporations on the global stage has taken unimaginable proportions. Their articulation in sophisticated global production chains allows them to move smoothly between the regulatory gaps of different legal systems, in order to obtain environmental, taxation and social advantages, reducing costs and increasing profits. This practice results, within the scope of social elision, in the precariousness of labour relations, fully affecting human rights and human dignity.

Este trabajo analiza el surgimiento y la consolidación de las empresas transnacionales y sus estrategias para la elisión combinada de los sistemas jurídicos nacionales, haciendo énfasis en los efectos sobre la precariedad laboral articulados en una matriz global-local. La actuación de las empresas transnacionales en el escenario mundial ha tomado proporciones inimaginables. Su articulación en sofisticadas cadenas de producción mundiales les permite moverse sin problemas entre las brechas normativas de los distintos sistemas jurídicos, a fin de obtener ventajas ambientales, fiscales y sociales, reduciendo los costos y aumentando los beneficios. Esta práctica resulta, en el ámbito de la elisión social, en la precariedad de las relaciones laborales, afectando en su totalidad a los derechos humanos y a la dignidad humana. Este trabalho faz uma análise sobre a emergência e consolidação das corporações transnacionais e suas estratégias de elisão combinada de sistemas jurídicos nacionais, com ênfase nos impactos sobre a precarização laboral articuladas em matriz global-local. A atuação das corporações transnacionais no cenário global tomou proporções inimagináveis. Sua articulação em cadeias globais de produção sofisticada permite que se desloquem com desenvoltura entre as lacunas regulatórias de diferentes sistemas jurídicos, com o intuito de obter vantagens ambientais, tributárias e sociais, reduzindo custos e aumentando lucros. Essa prática resulta, no âmbito da elisão social, na precarização das relações de trabalho, atingindo em cheio os direitos humanos e a dignidade humana.
