Sumario:This paper conveys an anthropological analysis of the lack of access to justice experienced by indigenous women in Guerrero and which reveals the accumulation of oppressions that affect their lives and that of their communities. From the follow-up of Courts of Conscience, we are interested in making visible the social senses of grievance and damage revealed by the testimony of women and the possibilities that the legal accompaniment of human rights defenders can give to demands for compensation, exceeding even the justice of the State. Likewise, we are interested in highlighting the scope and limits of the Courts of Conscience to advance possible reparations culturally appropriate and sensitive to their contexts.
