Este ensayo responde a la pregunta ¿cómo el despojo y el desplazamiento provocado por la conflictividad por la tierra comunal está afectando a las mujeres? Las voces de las mujeres miskitu, en el territorio Wangki Twi Tasba Raya en el caribe nicaragüense, revelan que la conflictividad está llevando a una reorganización de la propiedad colectiva a partir de la usurpación masculina de la tierra comunal en la que participan distintos actores externos e internos. En esa reorganización de la propiedad se lesionan los derechos de las mujeres a la seguridad alimentaria, a su tranquilidad, se limita su autonomía y se amenaza la reproducción de la vida familiar y grupal. Les preocupa su presente y futuro, pero sus voces son silenciadas en el conflicto producto del sistema patriarcal dominante. O presente ensaio responde à pergunta: como a expropriação e a desapropriação causadas pelo conflito de terra comunal está afetando as mulheres? As vozes da mulheres Miskito, no território Waugi Twi Tasba Raya, no Caribe nicaraguense, revelam que o conflito está levando a uma reorganização da propriedade coletiva a partir da usurpação masculina de terras comunais, nas quais participam diferentes atores externos e internos. Nessa reorganização da propriedade, os direitos das mulheres à segurança alimentar, à sua paz, limitando sua autonomia e a reprodução da familia e ameaçando a vida em grupo.
