Se demuestra la ausencia de protección social para los migrantes en Brasil en el contexto de la pandemia covid-19 en relación con el beneficio de la ayuda de emergencia. Existe una objeción al acceso al beneficio, motivada por el requisito de los documentos de los organismos pagativos que muchos migrantes no tienen. Concluye con la desplicación del Estado en su deber de protección social al grupo que se encuentra al margen de las políticas estatales para hacer frente a la pandemia. Demonstra-se a ausência de proteção social aos migrantes no Brasil no contexto da pandemia da Covid-19 em relação ao benefício do auxílio emergencial. Constata-se objeção de acesso ao benefício, motivado pela exigência de documentos por parte das agências pagadoras que muitos migrantes não dispõem.
