In this context, Colombia has oriented its economy towards extractive projects of energy mining, adopting the public policy of the mining locomotive, as a basis for economic development. The objective of this article is to analyze the impacts of the mining multinationals, the role of the Colombian State and the community responses in the municipality of Marmato. For that, the approaches of accumulation by expropriation, studies of legal conscience, globalization against hegemony and social identity theory are studied; perspectives that are analyzed in the light of the empirical work, which were relevant to the testimonies of the Marmato community in connection with the arrival of multinationals in this municipality, their perceptions about the role of institutions and the mining policy and representations around the conflict and the processes of resistance. |

En la actual fase del sistema capitalista, el modelo extractivo minero se ha convertido en una actividad humana depredadora con alto impacto ambiental, territorial, social, político, económico, cultural y sobre los bienes comunes naturales. En este contexto, Colombia ha orientado su economía a los proyectos extractivistas minero-energéticos adoptando la política pública de la locomotora minera, como base del desarrollo económico. El objetivo de esta ponencia es analizar los impactos de las multinacionales mineras, el papel del Estado colombiano y las respuestas de la comunidad en el Municipio de Marmato. Para ello, se estudian los enfoques de acumulación por desposesión, estudios de conciencia jurídica, globalización contra hegemónica y teoría de la identidad social; perspectivas que se analizan a la luz del trabajo empírico realizado, en el que fueron relevantes los testimonios de la comunidad de Marmato en relación con la llegada de las multinacionales a este municipio, sus percepciones acerca del papel de las instituciones y la política minera y sus representaciones en torno al conflicto y a los procesos de resistencia. Na atual fase do sistema capitalista, o modelo extrativo de mineração tornou-se uma atividade humana predatória com alto impacto ambiental, territorial, social, político, econômico e cultural nos bens naturais. Nesse contexto, a Colômbia orientou sua economia para projetos extrativistas de mineração de energia, adotando a política pública da locomotiva de mineração, como base para o desenvolvimento econômico. O objetivo deste artigo é analisar os impactos das multinacionais mineradoras, o papel do Estado colombiano e as respostas da comunidade no município de Marmato.
