El derecho al acceso a la justicia comprende un conjunto de tópicos que deben ser clarificados para comprender el mejor modo de garantizarlo. Entre éstos, la administración de justicia indígena es central, ya que contribuye con su reconocimiento a la profundización de este derecho.
