Sumario:MOOC as a current trend require revision from different points of view. This exercise presents the results of one experience of university students of English-Spanish degree program that participated in a MOOC from three different universities on the edX and Coursera platforms. After their experience in the MOOC, the students presented texts that told their perceptions, the contributions were classified in five categories for their analysis: perceptions about virtuality and MOOC, positive aspects, negative aspects, teacher role and student role. The results of the analysis demonstrate in students: an affinity to participation in virtual learning environments, a transformation of the teacher and student roles, the added value of multiculturalism in educational training and the need for greater feedback in MOOC.
