The objective of this article is to present the actions that the Area of Educational Technology (Technology Department from the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Natural Sciences at the National University of San Luis) has conducted in relation to Open Educational Resources (OER). The article starts with an introduction to concepts related to open access, OERs and open licenses. It also presents the actions that were carried out in order to conform to the OER movement initiatives related to teaching, research and extension tasks. Finally, we include conclusions and future challenges.

El Movimiento de Recursos Educativos Abiertos (MREA) asume que el conocimiento es un bien común, e impulsa que los docentes, investigadores y autodidactas se sumen a distribuir material de autoría propia en internet, con licencia de acceso libre con la premisa reusar, redistribuir, combinar y adaptar. El objetivo de este artículo es presentar las acciones que se vienen realizando en el Área de Informática Educativa del Departamento de Informática de la Facultad de Ciencias Física Matemáticas y Naturales, de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis (UNSL) en relación a los Recursos Educativos Abiertos (REA). El artículo comienza con una introducción a conceptos en relación al acceso abierto, los REA y las licencias abiertas. Continúa con las acciones que se impulsaron a fin de apropiarse de las iniciativas del MREA desde las actividades de docencia, investigación y extensión.
