Finally, It will also explain the role played by the narrative against trafficking in each case, linked in Argentina to forced disappearances, while rooted in migration control in Europe. |

El presente trabajo compara el contexto de Buenos Aires con el madrileño en materia de prostitución a partir de la revisión bibliográfica pertinente y la observación participante desarrollada en esas zonas. Al partir de la recomendación de Scoular (2010), se analizará desde sus formas de gobierno efectivas en lugar de privilegiar el enfoque de los modelos legales. Así, se podrá dar cuenta de los híbridos jurídicos en ambos contextos, que van desde el abolicionismo y la regulación en el estado español al prohibicionismo argentino.
