Sumario:This paper compares the context of Buenos Aires with the Madrilenian in the matter of prostitution from the bibliographic review and the participant observation in those areas. Based on Scoular's recommendation (2010), it will be analyzed the effective forms of government instead of favouring the approach of legal models. In this way, it will be possible to account for the legal hybrids in both contexts, ranging from abolitionism and regulation of the Spanish State to Argentine prohibitionism. Finally, It will also explain the role played by the narrative against trafficking in each case, linked in Argentina to forced disappearances, while rooted in migration control in Europe.
