Este artículo aborda la cuestión del activismo religioso conservador en la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina para el período 2004 a 2014. Se han localizado, ordenado y sistematizado los proyectos que, en la web de labor parlamentaria, aparecieran bajo la palabra clave “aborto” . Consideramos para este caso 49 proyectos cuya postura era contraria a la legalización del aborto. Los grupos religiosos conservadores siguen profundizando su politización y secularización estratégica y comienzan a proponer su modelo de sociedad en el marco de sistemas políticos democráticos.
