Sumario:This article deals with the question of religious and conservative activism in the deputy assembly of Argentina in the period 2004 – 2014. We have located and systematised the projects that appeared when the word abortion was introduced in the web of parliamentarian labour. For this article we are considering 49 legal texts which position is against to legal abortion. The conservative and religious groups continued deepening their secularization strategies in political arena and they start to make propositions of their society model in the frame of democracy political systems. For that reason we find it important to look what is happening in the congress all the less no legal text have been discuss.
