Este escrito mapea las condiciones de emergencia de los estudios feministas/ de género y mujeres en tierras cuyanas desde sus inicios hasta alcanzar una frágil institucionalidad. Apela a la noción de genealogía/s de mujeres y feministas como herramienta analítica y parte de la conjetura de que existe una relación entre ideas y condiciones materiales de existencia, entre activismo de mujeres y estudios de mujeres, feministas y de género. La metodología consiste en revisión bibliográfica y documental y recolección de evidencia empírica.
