Sumario:Based on milestones in the history of the clinic, we frame the emergence of psychoanalysis as a new discourse on the cause of human suffering (neurosis and psychosis) whose node affects identity, the question of the self. The translation of Freud's work into the most advanced knowledge carried out by Lacan has also allowed the construction of a new practice with autistic people developed in consultation and institutions. Taking as a reference the study of the testimonies of autistic people and as a result of an experience developed over decades, it has been possible to formulate an exact orientation of the interventions that facilitate the unfolding of identity - in principle "blurred" in the autistic person - taking into account the singular style of the edge that specifies his or her defence. This perspective makes it possible to appreciate the growing importance of the autistic technotribe.
