El encuentro clínico analítico nos enfrenta a problemáticas que implican al cuerpo: en el escenario del cuerpo se experimenta el sufrimiento. Ahondaremos en los trastornos de la alimentación que señalan una ligazón particular sujeto-cuerpo a partir de interrogantes suscitados en la clínica. Anorexia, bulimia, obesidad: pueden estar tocando la oralidad asociada a lo compulsivo, a la voracidad. ¿Qué sentido tienen estas puestas en acto de un padecimiento? ¿Por qué el Yo establece esta relación con su espacio corporal? ¿Cómo se representa el cuerpo biológico? ¿Ligada a qué acontecimientos psíquicos aparece distorsionada esta representación? Un diagnóstico en términos de analizabilidad nos orienta en el tipo de intervenciones clínicas implementadas con problemáticas que involucran una preeminencia tánatos, actos, la descarga pulsional, la desinvestidura, la anulación de la diferencia, el ataque al propio cuerpo. El trabajo clínico requiere intervenciones simbolizantes, construcciones sobre blancos de su historización, sobre investiduras que no han estado. O encontro analítico clínico nos confronta com problemas que envolvem o corpo: o sofrimento é vivenciado no estágio do corpo. Vamos nos aprofundar nos distúrbios alimentares que indicam um vínculo sujeito-corpo particular a partir de questões levantadas na clínica. Anorexia, bulimia, obesidade: pode estar tocando a oralidade associada à voracidade compulsiva. Qual é o sentido dessas atitudes de sofrimento? Por que o ego estabelece essa relação com seu espaço corporal? Como o corpo biológico é representado? Ligada a que eventos psíquicos essa representação aparece distorcida? Um diagnóstico em termos de analisabilidade orienta-nos sobre o tipo de intervenções clínicas implementadas com as questões que envolvem atos Thanatos preeminência, descarga instintiva, desinvestimento, o cancelamento da diferença, atacam o próprio organismo.
