Sumario:The clinical analytical encounter confronts us with problems that involve the body: suffering is experienced on the stage of the body. We will delve into eating disorders that indicate a particular subject-body bond from questions raised in our clinical practice. Anorexia, bulimia, obesity: they may be touching the orality associated with the compulsive, the voracity. What is the point of these actings of a suffering? Why does the ego establish this relationship with his body space? How is the biological body represented? Linked to what psychic events does this representation appear distorted? A diagnosis in terms of analyzability guides us in the type of clinical interventions implemented with problems that involve Thanatos preeminence, acts, impulse discharge, disinvestment, the annulment of difference, the attack on one's own body. The clinical work requires symbolizing interventions, constructions on the blanks of its historicization, on investitures that have not existed.
