Este artículo tiene el propósito de revelar una perspectiva del Compliance en el ámbito empresarial basado en el Análisis Económico del Derecho, especialmente a través de la noción de los costos de transacción y la eficiencia. También tiene como objetivo demostrar que sólo es posible una aplicación eficaz de dicha política a través de la cooperación mutua, único instrumento capaz de cambiar la mentalidad de los actores involucrados y ejecutar plenamente el desarrollo de la sociedad.
