| description | This paper focuses on the analysis of the technological change that occurred especially in the Santa Fe milling industry, evaluating the national and regional context in which it developed, and insisting in particular on the dynamics of such changes implemented by Santa Fe milling entrepreneurs in the national and regional context. In order to exemplify the subject, a case analysis of the scope of the Wildermuth group is addressed, distinguishing the scope and difficulties of the integration of the group's business units, among which was the milling line, supported by complementary production strategies -milling and agricultural machinery-, and its connection with the import/export trade. In this path for the study of the firms, priority has been given to the business articulation as a rational element of development and conservation; moreover, in the specific question of the businessmen, their quality as bourgeois representatives of a modernization process, contemplated in the technological changes promoted by them, has been considered. |

El presente trabajo se centra en el análisis del cambio tecnológico ocurrido en especial en la industria molinera santafesina, evaluando el contexto nacional y regional dentro del que se desarrolló, e insistiendo en especial sobre la dinámica de tales cambios implementados por los empresarios molineros santafesinos en el contexto nacional y regional.
