El presente artículo analiza los usos y las apropiaciones juveniles de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (tic) en el marco de los Núcleos de Acceso al Conocimiento (nac). En ese sentido, se trabaja a partir de las categorías conceptuales: tecnologías de la información, alfabetización digital, jóvenes, brecha digital y rol del Estado en materia de políticas públicas.
