Gabriel Kaplún is a communicator, Magíster in Education, Doctor in Cultural Studies. Teacher and investigator of the University of the Republic (Uruguay), The Director of the Master in Sciences of the Communication, teacher invited of other Latin-American universities. He is a member of the Latin-American Association and of the Investigators' International Association of the Communication. He has written numerous articles and books in topics of his speciality. It took part as lecturer in the Congress " Challenges of Communication / Education in times of restitution of public (COMEDU) " organized by the FPyCS, UNLP.
