Sumario:This paper deals with the subject of the family and sexuality in the Argentine nationalist tradition: the discourse and the practices that were developed from the conservative ideology with the intention to reproduce the social order. These cultural strategies refer to the values mof masculinity, marriage in the religions rules and family. The cult of these values emphasized to a deeper and sacred sense of maternity. In others words, the real masculinity and femininity were not compatible with sensuality, because it would put the social control and basis of the Christian Civilization in danger.
