La obra reseñada es producto del trabajo de un grupo de investigadores/as, cuya trayectoria se refleja en el estudio realizado sobre culturas evaluativas en el marco de la implementación del Programa de Incentivos a Docentes-Investigadores en la Argentina. Inmersa en la práctica de la evaluación, arroja abundantes detalles de los procesos y percepciones mediante los testimonios recogidos, en tanto observadores/as participantes como miembros de los Comités Evaluadores del proceso de categorización 2016-2018.
