Nos proponemos esbozar una cierta trayectoria del paradigma estructuralista en el interior de la crítica literaria a partir de los distintos avatares a que fue sometido su objeto, la literatura. El estructuralismo basó su productividad en la irreductibilidad de las dicotomías que propuso, tales como langue / parole. La literatura, sin embargo, ofreció severas resistencias ante una reducción de su multiplicidad a semejantes categorías.
