Sumario:During the dictatorship of Franco, the government implemented a forgetfulness policy that took care to erase the republican commemorations of the public space, also it imposed the 1 of April and the 18 of July like anniversaries that legitimized its power. Nevertheless, the memory of the republican anniversaries remained latent to a great extent like underground memory of the society. As opposed to the policy of forgetfulness exerted by the regime, Triunfo tried to transform the 14 of April into a memory place being commemorated it in its pages.
