En el cinturón hortícola platense, un conjunto de instituciones y organizaciones del sector público y privado establecen vínculos entre ellas y con el sector productivo con distintos fines, y así conforman redes. El trabajo tiene como objetivo conocer y analizar las redes sociotécnicas que contribuyen al desarrollo territorial. Se utilizó una metodología de tipo cualitativa, con entrevistas semiestructuradas a técnicos del sector público y privado, y a representantes del sector productivo.
