And it is also possible to find out what these two genres have in common and what differences exist between them En el presente trabajo se propone una vía de aproximación a los géneros de la historiografía y de la épica a partir de la doctrina retórica sobre la narratio y sobre los objetivos a los que puede apuntar cualquier texto literario: docere, mouere, delectare.
