The Strategic Plan 2021-2022 stands out with its vision, mission and objectives and focuses on the strategic line on the consortium management of digital content. A brief tour is made on the management models of the electronic book: business model, acquisition model and access model and then the different sources of content acquisition, the access modalities and the technologies used are discussed. Problems in the management of digital content are approached from two perspectives: in relation to publishers and from the point of view of libraries, confronting the publishers sales model versus the library purchasing model. Finally, the consortium management model of digital content in the BUCOC Network is presented and the achievements and challenges of cooperative work are highlighted. |

Se presenta la Red de Universidades Católicas y de Orientación Católica de Argentina (Red UC-OC) y, en este marco, los objetivos, los servicios y la estructura organizativa de la red de bibliotecas BUCOC. Se destaca el Plan Estratégico 2021-2022, con su visión, misión y objetivos, y se focaliza en la línea estratégica sobre la gestión consorciada de contenidos digitales. Se hace un breve recorrido sobre los modelos de gestión del libro electrónico: modelo de negocios, modelo de adquisición y modelo de acceso, y luego se plantean las diferentes fuentes de adquisición de contenidos, las modalidades de acceso y las tecnologías utilizadas. Se abordan las problemáticas en la gestión de contenidos digitales desde dos perspectivas: en relación con las editoriales y desde la mirada de las bibliotecas, confrontando el modelo de venta de las editoriales con el modelo de compra de las bibliotecas.
