Although similar currents and ideas had already emerged in the history of China, the analysis will focus on the innovative aspects of the current Chinese reformist trajectory. In fact, it is argued that elements of “neo-humanist” thought in China have revealed their influence on international law and relations. The drafting of the new Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, approved in May 2020, and the construction of new theories and practices of international relations, especially the adoption of the concept of “Community of Shared Future for Mankind”, offer many contents to interpret through a circular thought the construction of a system that stands as a people-centered approach (“people-centrism”), generating a new humanism. Likewise, the analysis aims to find the elements of the Chinese humanist process in international relations with Latin America.

En este artículo proponemos el concepto de neohumanismo chino para interpretar el actual proceso de reformas internas y el posicionamiento internacional de China. Aunque ya habían surgido corrientes similares a esta idea en la historia de China, el análisis se centrará en los aspectos innovadores de la actual trayectoria reformista china. De hecho, se sostiene que los elementos del pensamiento “neo-humanista” en China han desvelado su influencia en el derecho y las relaciones internacionales. La redacción del nuevo Código Civil de la República Popular China, aprobado en mayo 2020, y la construcción de nuevas teorías y prácticas de las relaciones internacionales, sobretodo la adopción del concepto de “comunidad de destino compartido para la humanidad”, ofrecen muchas ideas para interpretar a través de un pensamiento circular la construcción de un sistema que se erige como un enfoque centrado en las personas (“pueblo-centrismo”), generando un nuevo humanismo. Asimismo, el análisis busca encontrar los elementos del proceso humanista chino en las relaciones internacionales con América Latina. Neste artigo propomos o conceito de neo-humanismo chinês para interpretar o processo atual de reformas internas e o posicionamento internacional da China. Embora já tivessem surgido correntes similares a esta ideia na história da China, a análise será centrada nos aspectos inovadores da atual trajetória reformista chinesa. De fato, se sustem que os elementos do pensamento “neo-humanista” na China tem revelado sua influência no direito e nas relações internacionais. A redação do novo Código Civil da República Popular da China, aprovado em maio de 2020, e a construção de novas teorias e práticas de relações internacionais, sobretudo com a adoção do conceito de “comunidade de destino compartilhado para a humanidade”, oferecem muitas ideias para se interpretar, através de um pensamento circular, a construção de um sistema que emerge centrado nas pessoas (“povo-centrismo”), gerando um novo humanismo.
