description | In Venezuela, a good will to change, and in particular to transform the inherited bourgeois state of the IV Republic, has sealed the proyect of Hugo Chavez since his first political act as president, when he established a milestone in its campaign conducting the constituent process in 1999. This process aimed to re-articulate the relation between the constituent power and constituted power. The fundamental regulatory changes from that date in Venezuela, which have led to a re-articulation of constituent power as a permanent constituent people's power, are analyzed in this text. |

The fundamental regulatory changes from that date in Venezuela, which have led to a re-articulation of constituent power as a permanent constituent people's power, are analyzed in this text. 2017-04-22 2022-03-15T15:10:50Z 2022-03-15T15:10:50Z info:eu-repo/semantics/article info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion https://www.revistas.usp.br/prolam/article/view/110097 10.11606/issn.1676-6288.prolam.2016.110097 http://biblioteca-repositorio.clacso.edu.ar/handle/CLACSO/22680 spa https://www.revistas.usp.br/prolam/article/view/110097/120961 Copyright (c) 2017 Ximena Gonzalez Broquen application/pdf Universidade de São Paulo - Programa de Pós-graduação em Integração da América Latina Brazilian Journal of Latin American Studies; v. 15 n. 28 (2016); 23-34 Brazilian Journal of Latin American Studies; Vol. 15 No. 28 (2016); 23-34 1676-6288 1676-6288 |
