In this framework, we will work the ontological problem of the place of technology and, in particular, the role of digital technologies and algorithms in the process of global social order constitution. Then, we will delve into the question of power through the foucaultian notion of “governmentality” and the reappropriation of it by Rouvroy and Berns through the notion of “algorithmic governmentality”. Finally, and based on the above, we will show the main lines of a methodological design that was explored during 2019, which can provide clues for the future development of analytical tools to address political processes from a broad perspective and according to the profound transformations contemporaries of life in common. |

En la actualidad, se vuelve necesario incorporar a los análisis de la política y el poder la reflexión sobre la técnica y los procesos de digitalización de la vida -en particular de las estructuras, códigos y comportamientos en redes sociales- para lo cual es fundamental retomar posiciones epistemológicas, herramientas teóricas y prácticas metodológicas de diversos campos del conocimiento. En este marco, abordaremos el problema ontológico del lugar de la técnica y, en particular, el papel de las tecnologías digitales y los algoritmos en el proceso de constitución del orden social global. Luego, profundizaremos en la cuestión del poder a través de la noción foucaultiana de “gubernamentalidad” y la reapropiación de la misma que realizan Rouvroy y Berns a través de la noción “gubernamentalidad algorítmica”.
