En el presente artículo pretendemos aportar en las discusiones y el estudio del modelo de agronegocio en Argentina y en particular, la descripción de un estudio de caso ubicado en el corazón de la Pampa Húmeda Argentina. Entendiendo que vivimos una etapa consolidada y dominante del modelo extractivo en las sociedades denominadas como “del tercer mundo”, en donde se recupera una fiebre exportadora de productos primarios con escaso procesamiento, debido a la creciente demanda internacional.
