El presente artículo pretende interpretar la relación que se entabló entre Perón y los trabajadores desde una perspectiva estrictamente política, discutiendo con los marcos interpretativos sociológicos o sociologicistas. En este marco echaremos mano a ciertas nociones de la teoría del discurso político de Ernesto Laclau (2013) y Chantal Mouffe (2011) y sostendremos que la intervención de Perón en la arena política nacional constituyó política y subjetivamente al movimiento obrero -antes de la intervención de Perón difícilmente se podría hablar de “movimiento obrero” por lo que argumentaremos en lo posterior-.
