| description | Resumen Durante el segundo gobierno de Perón se profundizaron las reformas educativas iniciadas durante su primer mandato. La ley que sancionó el Segundo Plan Quinquenal estableció como objetivo central de la nueva etapa la consolidación de la independencia económica con el fin de asegurar la justicia social y mantener la soberanía política. Se destacaba que la responsabilidad de su cumplimiento no solo recaía en el gobierno y el Estado, sino en el pueblo argentino por lo cual era imprescindible su conocimiento por parte de cada ciudadano. Al mismo tiempo, dicha ley estableció a la doctrina peronista como doctrina nacional. En este marco cobraron importancia para orientar la acción educativa del magisterio los denominados Cuadernos para el Maestro Argentino, publicados entre 1952 y 1953.En este trabajo, que constituye un avance en la producción del PROICO 4-1214 “La formación de maestros en la provincia de San Luis, entre 1943 y 1952. Cultura, política y sociedad”, nos proponemos realizar una primera aproximación al análisis del discurso de los Cuadernos para el Maestro Argentino, poniendo en juego categorías para el análisis del discurso político de Eliseo Verón Hemos centrado nuestra atención en el objetivo de la educación; la concepción y el papel atribuido al maestro, la concepción del educando y las estrategias pedagógico-didácticas para la enseñanza de Desenvolvimiento, materia clave para la formación cultural y moral de los alumnos. Palabras clave: peronismo-educación-maestros-doctrina peronista-discurso político AbstractDuring Perón’s second presidential term, the education reforms initiated during his first term were deepened. The law that sanctioned the Second “Plan Quinquenal” established the consolidation of economic independency as a central goal for the new term, with the purpose of ensuring social justice and maintaining political sovereignity. The implementation of this law was not only the responsibility of the State, but also of the argentine people, which made it essential for all and every citizen to become familiarized with it. At the same time, this law established the decision doctrine as national doctrine. Within this framework, the so-called Notebooks for the Argentine Teacher, published between 1952 and 1953, became fundamental to orientate the actions of teachers.In this work, developed within the framework of the Project PROICO 4_1214 “Teacher training in San Luis Province, between 1942 and 1952. Culture, Politics and Society”, we attempt to achieve a first approximation to the analysis of discourse in the Notebooks for the Argentine Teacher, using Eliseo Verón’s discourse analysis categories for the political discourse. . We have focused our attention in the objectives of education; the conception and role attributed to the teacher, the conception of student and the pedagogical-didactial strategies for the teaching of Performance, key subject for students’ cultural and moral development.
