El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal Analizar las plataformas digitales que le presten al usuario los servicios financieros 100% digitales. A través de una sistematización de literatura donde primeramente se determinan las características de las plataformas digitales actualmente que operan en Colombia, posterior a ello, se dan a conocer las perspectivas de los usuarios sobre los servicios digitales convencionales de los bancos a los que pertenecen y finalmente se analiza el impacto que tiene la digitalización en los servicios financieros. El presente artículo se basa en una metodología mixta que combina la recopilación de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos para analizar el impacto de la digitalización en los servicios financieros. En primer lugar, se lleva a cabo un análisis cualitativo debido a que se caracterizará primeramente las plataformas existentes y actuales que operan con un servicio 100% digital al consumidor. Adicional a ello, se conocerá la perspectiva de los usuarios sobre los servicios financieros en plataformas 100% digitales. Finalmente se analizará el impacto que generaría tal servicio en el otorgamiento de servicios al consumidor.
