Sumario:Currently there is a paradox between the importance of following company guidelines in which sustainability is still appreciated as something purely economic and rigid, in contrast to everything related to being a disruptive leader and his team that thinks outside the box and offers a range of alternatives to achieve sustainability. In this last decade, the importance of innovating beyond being creative has been observed; generally, there is no culture that invites work teams to innovate, to propose, to give added value to what is being done, and this is one of the most important factors at this time in the world where the only constant is change. In order to investigate this issue, a review of the literature is proposed that shows that, to the extent that management skills and human resources are oriented towards innovation, we will be able to cope with the avalanche of new challenges that have arisen in recent years.
