Results: 14 scientific papers were obtained as results, most of them from studies conducted in Bogota and Cali, which showed both in public and private companies found a low organizational maturity presenting average values of 52%. Conclusions: The use of the OPM3 model was evidenced in several types of companies in Colombia, companies of different sizes, number of employees, geographical location and context, which demonstrates the efficiency of the model for any company. On the other hand, in spite of the low level of organizational maturity, the results obtained from the model allowed these companies to carry out improvement plans for a continuous increase and to present better productivity indexes and better positioning in relation to market competencies. |

Objetivo: este trabajo tuvo como objetivo conocer el estado actual de la aplicación del modelo de madurez organizacional OPM3 en empresas colombianas. Método: Se realizó una revisión sistemática de información en bases de datos de referencia para la búsqueda de artículos científicos, de revisión, y reflexión, así como libros y trabajos de grado o tesis que trataran el tema en el periodo de tiempo comprendido entre 2012 a 2022. Resultados: Como resultados se obtuvieron 14 documentos científicos, la mayoría de estudios realizados en Bogotá y Cali, que mostraron tanto en empresas públicas como privadas encontradas una madurez organizacional baja presentando valores promedios de 52%. Conclusiones: Se evidenció el uso del modelo OPM3 en varios tipos de empresa en Colombia, empresas de diferente tamaño, número de empleados, ubicación geográfica y contexto, lo que demuestra la eficiencia del modelo para cualquier empresa. Por otro lado, a pesar del bajo nivel de madurez organizacional, los resultados obtenidos del modelo permitieron que estas realizaran planes de mejoramiento para un incremento continuo y presentaran mejores índices de productividad y mejor posicionamiento frente a las competencias del mercado.
