Este trabajo teórico práctico es un anticipo de la implementación y despliegue de la gestión por y de procesos en Empresas de Acueducto y Alcantarillado. Pretende explicar lo alcanzado en cuanto a la adopción de un modelo y método de procesos, al igual que el diseño de procesos siguiendo lineamientos de ISO 9001, bajo el acompañamiento técnico de un contratista operador internacional, también expone una revisión teórica de los constructos. Finalmente, se concluye que analizar la experiencia empresarial es prioritario, novedoso y pertinente.
