| Sumario: | This practical theoretical work is a preview of the implementation and deployment of management by and processes in Empresas de Acueducto y Alcantarillado. It intends to explain what has been achieved in terms of the adoption of a process model and method, as well as the process design following ISO 9001 guidelines, under the technical support of an international operating contractor, it also exposes a theoretical review of the constructs.
