El conocimiento juega un papel fundamental para las empresas, especialmente, aquellas que basan su valor agregado en la innovación y sobre todo si está enfocado en la cultura organizacional, es por eso que en este artículo se aborda una revisión de la bibliografía, cuyo objetivo es plantear la discusión de como la gestión del conocimiento puede ser usada como herramienta de cambio y desarrollo en las organizaciones. en un contexto donde la constante son los cambios de forma continuada y de manera ágil. como metodología se desarrolló una revisión de la teoría para establecer a partir de allí conceptos guía donde se desarrolla luego una reflexión sobre como la gestión del conocimiento puede ser utilizada para inducir el cambio de la cultura de las organizaciones.
