Method: literature review of different authors, pmbok guide and scientific magazines as well as the bibliographic review of other articles, thesis, books and degree works on procurement management in organizations. Conclusions: the problem of procurement management in Latin America affecting the successful achievement of different projects was evidenced, information from different authors, countries and approaches that show different tools and techniques that provide great value to this topic in companies was reviewed. |

En la actualidad una adecuada gerencia de proyectos parte desde una es buena gestión de adquisiciones la cual es necesaria para el logro de la consecución de metas del proyecto, e incluso para el desarrollo de los procesos en las organizaciones, partiendo de una cadena de exigencias que se deben llevar a cabo para garantizar la obtención de los resultados esperados en cuanto a costo, tiempo y calidad. Objetivo: investigar a profundidad y dar a conocer el desarrollo de una buena gestión de adquisiciones específicamente aplicada en una compañía del sector de proyectos de la construcción de acuerdo a los lineamientos de distintos autores quienes aplicaron dicho concepto en diferentes sectores. Método: revisión literaria de distintos autores, guía del pmbok y revistas científicas como también la revisión bibliográfica de otros artículos, tesis, libros y trabajos de grado sobre la gestión de las adquisiciones en las organizaciones. Conclusiones: se evidencio la problemática sobre la gestión de las adquisiciones en latinoamerica afectando esta la consecución con éxito de distintos proyectos, se revisó información de diferentes autores, países y enfoques que muestran distintas herramientas y técnicas que aportan gran valor a esta temática en las empresas.
